This morning
I went for a pulmonary function test at the hospital. And they basically put you in a glass box and make you breath at various speeds and patterns and request you to empty your lungs.

Walking in heels: heel, toe, heel, toe, heel, toe & small steps.
The small steps get me, I’m all for long strides. I’m planning on wearing more dresses this summer so I’ll buy more heels and work on my gait as well lol.
